Customer Success (High Touch)

As the liaison between the customer and Zoox technical support, you will track everyone and everything that touches the service process, driving improvements and ensuring excellence at every phase. With significant exposure both internally and externally, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in this stimulating role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Identify need for and assist with the creation of customer training.
  • Identify, build and maintain relationships with customer’s internal management.
  • Work with Customer Sucess Manager and CRO to ensure seamless and consistent delivery of services and solution support to achieve customer SLA/KPIs.
  • Build consistent relationships with key Operations and support decision makers within customer base and advices on future direction of Zoox/customer post-sales support relationship.
  • Accurately produce High Availability metrics reports (MTTR, KPIs, Analytics, etc.) and other custom reports.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and project manage process improvements internally to Zoox and within the customer’s operation.

Customer Success (Partner)

As our Channel Partner, you will be responsible for establishing, long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with our sales and distribution partners and helping to source new partners that will make both Zoox and our customers wildly successful.

Requirements

  • You have to like working with people, be an expert at negotiating and figuring out mutually beneficial commercial outcomes;
  • Intellectually curious and like working out how to solve unique and new challenges that face this industry Working with people is crucial in this role, but so is autonomy and being able to work on specific tasks like creating educational material and training our partners;
  • This is a new role, so people that are comfortable with ambiguity is important as is figuring stuff out, along with ultimately the execution of the plan;
  • An excellent researcher, both desk based and in-market;
  • You understand that your primary objective is to build a high functioning partner channel that delivers hot leads to both our partners and Zoox’s sales people.
