No. Neither your company nor Zoox have access to this data. The credit card data is tokenized by our Payment Gateway (Mundipagg / STONE). The transactions are made using the token generated for the card associated with the token generated for the transaction to be paid, in a secure end-to-end operation.
No. The use of the facial recognition process is one of the alternatives for searching the reservation data. However, it makes life much easier for those who already have biometrics registered at Zoox to access their data, since it eliminates the need to type information.
The following payment flows are available: Pre-Payment Billing, Guarantee Registration, Single Payment Billing, NO SHOW Billing, Check-out Billing and Post Check-out Billings. It is also possible to access data related to payments and cancellations/reversals in each flow on screen and to export in CSV format (with more detail). In addition, the hotel management that will operate with Central Pay will have access to the Gateway dashboard through which the operations between the acquirers and Central Pay are made.
