Provide quality and cost-effective internet to visitors, and collect data that helps the stadium to better understand its audience.
Faced with lack of network infrastructure to provide access to free Wi-Fi. ISP bandwidth speed was insufficient to provide an excellent connection experience for attending fans.

Solution

With NPS surveys, you can allow fans to be heard. We created new revenue streams thanks to hyper-segmented local advertising – team products, food & beverage, and third-party ads – with pricing model by impression/viewing fan information sold to advertisers (price-per-profile model) for all Opt-in on Wi-Fi that were impacted.
And we also performed Big Data Lake creation of fans to better understand the fan base and create a good mailing experience, generating more loyalty thanks to the new personalized digital experience.
