In search of competitive advantage, Blue Tree Hotels found Zoox’s Pass & Pay, Guest Control and Smart Wi-Fi solutions. The company was looking to streamline and make service contactless – increasing guest loyalty.

Solution

Blue Tree automated processes that previously required front desk presence, queues were eliminated – as was paperwork. Since 2015, staff has been trained to welcome and guide guests through the Blue Tree experience – while technology masterfully handles the things that can cause the most friction: reservations, internet connection, payments, collections, requests, and general questions about service types and schedules, for example.
By knowing the customer better through the personalized reports from Zoox tools, customized offers and assertive campaigns have become more than a reality, but a Blue Tree differential.
