Despite its renown, there is always the need to reinvent itself to positively impact customers, thinking about a strategic and attractive mix of stores and considering consumer behavior, culture, and other demographic data.

Solution

Through Smart-Wi-Fi, the mall manager does much more than provide free internet to customers. With each login, the company’s data lake is supplied with valuable information about its customers, and it is also possible to perform surveys and NPS (Net Promoter Score) to measure the satisfaction level in real time, besides offering discounts and strategic promotions in a segmented manner.
With the Zoox Eye solution, the company can interpret the data collected by Wi-Fi and generate precise customer insights to supply different areas of the company with strategic information.
